Question & Answer Period Jerad, Hello! The release indicated that "The closing of the transaction will be subject to the negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, satisfactory completion of financials and other due diligence, and the receipt of any necessary consent and approvals." This statement leads me to believe that there may be some minor details to work out. IMHO the deal is done! A consumation statement should be released this quarter. Earnings/revenues may be reported on a combined basis and boost the eps for the year as the company has stated that the deal will be acretive. This is getting interesting. Given the above I doubt if this acquisition will have any impact on the soon to be announced third quarter earnings. The earnings are expected to be better than a year ago for the same quarter. Of course the market will decide if the price should rise. Regards, Tom
