The Ledoux assaying was reported on by the Northern Miner. Ledoux
found no platinum at all in the samples when it used its own reagants.

It found platinum in the actual reagants which were supplied by Naxos.

The samples were platiniferous only when tested with the special reagants which were supplied by Naxos.

The conclusion drawn by Ledoux was that the source of the platinum was the reagants not the sample.

The samples were barren.

It was a salt job in all probability.

Naxos was also delisted in part because Mr. John had not revealed to the Alberta Stock Exchange that he had been disciplined for previous securities violations in another venue. As well insider trading on material change had taken place by Naxos' directors without announcement contrary to exchange regulations.
