I did not mean our SI board, my question was directed towards the QCOM's board.

Granted that the board should represent shareholders' interest, but would they do that if that means sacrificing the nice cushion they sit on board meetings and forgoing the generous fees? The question is: who controls the board? Who signs their checks?
