Some corral reef did not come back.

I don't know that that is true, but if it is, so what? BFD. It will have no impact on BP or anyone else.

Its very, very likely that there has been a significant loss of marine life esp. along the coast. Just off the Mobile, ALA coast are huge natural fisheries which are likely to get hit. Then there is the LA coast that's already been hit. By the time the air clears over all the lawsuits, there is not likely to be a BP any more.

Yes, it is true that the fishing industry is takign a hit.

But the reality is that even if it is a total loss, the fishing industry (seafood and sport combined) amounts to some $3-4 billion a year. If you figure five years -- and that's likely to be the biggest expense -- you can do the arithmetic. It doesn't kill BP.

ted is this you girl friend ?

Natural Born Citizens Beware!

In a Purdue University classroom, they were discussing the qualifications to be President of the United States.

It was pretty simple the candidate must be a natural born citizen of at least 35 years of age. However, one girl in the class immediately started in on how unfair was the requirement to be a natural born citizen. In short, her opinion was that this requirement prevented many capable individuals from becoming president. The class was taking it in and letting her rant, and not many jaws hit the floor when she wrapped up her argument by stating

"What makes a natural born citizen any more qualified to lead this country than one born by c-section?"

Yep, these are the same kind of 18-year-olds that just voted in our last election!
This would have been funny if it wasn’t so serious.
