It's interesting that you only bring up Mr Job's Option scandal yet doesn't point out the fact that he is collecting $1/year salary and help create hundreds of billions $$ of share holder value for Apple. Apple doesn't own 3G yet it's 4-5 times QCOM's market cap.

I wonder what's the compensation of Dr P. Jacob compare to his value creation/destruction for QCOM.
