Excuse me with an update, BP is capturing 630,000 gallons of oil a day with their contraption, with tons left over to gush into the Gulf of Mexico.

BP is capturing 15 times more oil than BP originally claimed for the entire flow, when they obtained permission to use Corexit.

Even funnier,

BP now hopes to add a second riser to the well so they can capture 28,000 barrels of oil a day - 28 times the size of the 1,000 bbls a day they claimed for the entire leak!

I can't wait to see how much is still spilling into the ocean with 28,000 barrels per day being captured.

BP has only paid 700 damage claims.
