In related news, Salazar's report recommending the drilling moratorium apparently falsely claimed that seven experts consulted on the report agreed with its recommendation of the moratorium. All seven say the version of the report they were asked to review made no such recommendation (it was added later) and that the moratorium is a bad idea.

That's just another example of not allowing a crisis to go to waste. In this case they're using it to "spread the wealth".

I'd love to see BP challenge that one in court.
