Mark - I hear industry average churn is 2% monthly.

If I have it right, registration of 144A preferred should make it tradable without all the restrictions. Usually have to wait six months. Issued as 144A so only "qualified" sophisticated institutional investors can buy it. Reduced disclosure requirements on issue therefore shorter time to market and lower transactions cost. Considered "seasoned" after six months.

Bub, My source at a major Cellular company says the historical
average is 2.5%. Will check this number for confirmation.
