I saw that. Also note from the PR "...to integrate Lightwave Logic's 'Next Generation Electro-Optic Material Platform' into an optical computing application". If the focus of the agreement is for government/defense use, we may not get many details on what the specific applications they are working on. Good to see someone willing to pay for the expertise, though.
