If my memory serves me correct, this company has history of significant stock movements prior to any substantial news announcements. I would not be surprised at all if some investors caught wind of this news. In last two weeks, this is the third CFO leaving from my portfolio of stocks. One is holding staedy, other one went up so I hope this one will either hold steady or go up.

Like I said earlier, CFOs rarely exit in middle of merger talks. So I would not read into their promoting merger/acquition person to CFO. Hope I am wrong and someone indeed buys them out so I don't have to ride this rollercoaster anymore.

Regards,

JK
