based a slight delay in the start of a Y2K contract, I'm not sure the VAR will have completed testing (what with the holidays and all) and thus whether King will feel comfortable accruing the full revenue due Zitel at quarter-end.

Based on revised estimates, EPS of $0.27 or $4.2 Million in profits look to be more reasonable.
