Ken, why should the arrogant garbage in the letter surprize you? Etrade seems to have an attitude that says "Etrade can do no wrong and can do as it please but customers, being retarded jerks, are always screwing up". Those of us who had done business with Etrade long enough know that the company is grossly mismanaged, misguided and, apparently greedy. Who you think is responsible for this? Yeah, you got that right - (mis)management from the top down! Even though I still have accounts with them, I plan on transfering them but meanwhile I am using other brokerages for my trading. norm.
