Tux, Steve Jobs is the boss of Apple. The woman who dropped Qualcomm in it with the Broadcom case was a minor engineer who apparently attended some JVC events though not as a participant and didn't tell the lawyers.

The idea that Qualcomm was hiding patents in preparation for submarining the video standard is absurd.

There's a difference. It would not be hard to find in any organisation one or a few dishonest or even criminal people. The boss and senior people are a different story altogether.
