dear Mr. B, keep yer state folks money in their pockets, but please do stop yer people dumping crap in the Mississippi River that has created a dead spot that is growing in the Gulf, sans all that oil spewing. oh, but if you don't? ya, send money. lots of it. California can send some and I promise some back next big earthquake. Washington state can keep their money. they don't dump stuff gets to the Gulf and they don't burn up every year or have tonadoes or stuff.
