So then, you are for drilling off the Cape....the American side? As Tim pointed out, they ARE drilling on the Canadian side. So when can we expect to see oil rigs in Boston harbor?

It is not to our advantage to restrict the trade in oil. Other countries may have done it, but it isn't to their advantage either.
