Rick Scott (Rep.) is running a pretty aggressive campaign against him and I am sure Bill is trying to get in front of the issue. Personally I don't like him FWIW. The east coast of FL is quiet although you're right, the spill is on TV every night at 11:00 p.m., and then some.
