Suppose they were to drop the warrant strike to cad.50 for 30 days ... would you exercise? ... i think i would, even though the action might temporarily tank the common a little

Doing this would bring in 50m bucks, if they were all exercised, in a nice continuation of upward financings [previously .40 then .45] ... it would remove the overhang that will matter one of these days, clear the decks and put all capital involved to use

Remember that the warrants exist only because a sweetener was needed to finance the company under horrendous conditions, i think it was march and october of last year, the two placements, gold was a lot lower and the going down of Lehman a more recent memory

If they were to do this, we could then be fairly sure they had streams lined up they'd want to buy, which should help to keep the share from selling off much at the same time ... no doubt they have quite a list of prospects at any given point, of course they don't want to overpay either so have to wait for the right situation
