Sorry, Investor2, I do not understand what you are trying to say. I thought you asked if Brinker issued a special bulletin in January 2009. I had previously posted that he had done that, and it contained a buy level at mid-800's on the S&P. Now you are saying you don't know one way or the other.

Perhaps I didn't read your original post correctly.
