Again, Ann, we have no way of knowing Ken's nationality. If he should claim to be an American, we would have to factor in the reality that he's habitually dishonest. He certainly shows himself to more destroy-American than pro-America. Perhaps he's a Canadian wanting the U.S. to be dragged down to the level of Socialist Canada?
