Agreed... the commercial market in this area is in a "holding pattern"... lot's of seller sitting their waiting for the rally to take them out. Haven't seen much move though. Good luck to 'em, don't like to see nastyness, but then no reason to shy away from it either. Reality is reality.

I think Hotels is a great idea... could anything do worse in a real depression? Well... actually RETAIL may be the real queen... but time will tell.
