Some money sure beats no money! 1 mil dilution is negligible if the operating cash can carry them through to some sales! It's my hope that they can generate some sales and thereby an increase in gross income without any substantial increase in operating expenses and certainly not R+D. OZON has the ball, lets see what it does with it! I can't wait to read the EDGAR filing so that I can redo the math on this! I have a REAL GOOD gut instinct on this one, until that changes,I'm holding! I do agree though, the iron is hot on this food issue and the winds of change will tend to cool it off unless the coals are stoked a bit! I would really hate to see the irradiation companys gain any ground here as this technology seems to me to be clearly superior! I think that these entrenched irradiation companys could put up a good fight, but the only fight I could see OZON losing here,with any publicity, is a fight where they stand aside! I only hope that the money generated from the private placement will be the match to light the apparently too long wet fuse that will ultimately propel us onward and most definitely UPWARD! Cents
