oh bummer! let see if the chinese can be safer with their gulf of mexico rigs then maybe we can work out a deal to buy their oil and save them the expense of having to ship it all the way back to china. then again maybe bamah can put a moratorium on their drilling in the gulf of mexico. That raises another question. If it is named the gulf of mexico how come the mexicans don't own all the oil? Isn't the gulf theirs? It has their name on it? Don't worry!
