I agree. The article failed to stress the spin out of Washington too...

In response to Tony Hayward's June 4 op-ed "What BP Is Doing about the Gulf Gusher": It is time that the publicity spin that BP is putting on this disaster is put into perspective.

Bernanke Schools Dem Congressman on the Benefits of Cutting Spending

It was a great plan. Rep. Gerry Connolly was sure Mr. Bernanke would agree with him that cuts in spending wasn't nearly enough to eliminate the deficit and taxes would have to be increased. It was a great plan... until Mr. Bernanke introduced him to reality. Enjoy.
