Having spent 20 years in the restauirant business in Indianapolis, I am very familiar with St. Emo's steak house, originally owned by the Roth brothers who had a great way to run a family business---each brother would work every other week. You're right about the huge shrimp cocktails. It's still there, but the Roth brothers are now sharing heaven on an every other week basis.
