4.5B LOL; try trillions...telling you this is beyond bad; they are not telling us dick; been doing homework on this for upwards of 3 hours a day. It cannot be stopped and the Atlantic Ocean will lay dead and Europe is going into massive cold winters within two years. It will lay empty by 2016 as food production grinds to a halt and life will never be the same again. As for America; forget coastal bathing; fishing and real estate; dead for decades along the entire eastern seaboard!
