re BP, GS - I agree on BP, sort of. i raised the possibility that BP may declare a bankruptcy fo their US subsidy as well on another board. I think it is a possibility and would entail approx. 35% of BP's assets. Painful for BP for sure but sometimes one needs to chop and arm and a leg off to let the body survive. I don't want to overplay the GS and BP analogy but my point is that it's very dangerous to be in the firing line. This game is played by Calvinball rules. bartel.org
