When it comes to this gulf spill, I would take the word of Matt Simmons as the ultimate authority on this matter.

They should be making room on Guantanamo for the BP management.

I think we first start by Oil Boarding them (waterboarding, but substituting oil for the water).

I'm afraid this will be the end for poor Matt. No one's ever gonna put him in a position of responsibility for money management or IB ever again after this. He's gone over the edge without a parachute.
