Kumar, while your points are generally valid, ASND's acquisition of Cascade contradicts your theory. USRX also sold to COMS near its lows. You may be right that an acquisition near its lows may not be in ASND's cards, but you must admit that the combination of ASND & Cascade is probably the most attractive (technologically and market cap wise) prize in the networking world. At a closing price of 24 13/16, I really cannot understand NOT owning any shares of ASND. When I hear people saying ASND is headed for the teens, I remember those on the BAY thread saying it was going to single digits and another who said it would be a penny stock. I guess they're still waiting. If ASND happens to fall to the teens, it would be more of a reason to buy, but it does not take away from the fact that it is very undervalued at 24, it is an excellent buy right now, and, most importantly, you should not and may not see the teens. Waiting for the teens on this one does not make sense, IMHO. :-)
