Both. We can play as good a soccer as they can, if not better. And we can enforce our laws as well.

The British Govt. should not get involved in this because we are not going after BP because they are British. Since there is nothing much significant we can do about the spill from here until end July or August, it is now time to assess damages and send a bill to BP. Additionally, a fine for their negligence which is a criminal act.
