His last outright sell signal was shortly after the crash of 1987. He was fully invested again by the end of 1990, IIRC. He had a partial sell signal in January of 2000, a partial buy signal (for QQQQ) in October 2000, a buy signal in March of 2003, and I think he has been fully invested ever since. No doubt others will fill in additional details.

easy to graph... none! He's been fully invested since March 2003. He has not been 0% in equities since he went to 100% cash AFTER the 1987 bear market. There is a full history at the Bob Brinker Fan club under "Asset Allocation History."
