Linda, its fluctuating between 4% and 3%. Thailand up 4.09%, Singapore, the more stable market there is down .39% while China's market is up slightly. why the american traders fixate on property values in Hong Kong and a relative interbank interest rate of 9% is interesting. if the interbank interest rate in the US were 9% i'd imagine our market would be substantially down too. Hong Kong must work through with their new leadership: China. Japan's market has been at this same level for two years, goes up, goes down; only now is the news fixating on it. the more you stare at something, the worse it gets.
