Steve, one of the 'major investors' I referred to is an Associate Vice President of the Payne Financial Group, by the name of Hans Holsten. His stake is relatively minor(but much greater than mine), and from what I remember of our last conversation, had a holding of about 50,000 shares. He is one of the analysts who are covering the company The other one is a private investor--and therefore I shall not name--but also has the dual role of my mentor. This 'mentor's' interest in QSNDF is acute, and from my nearly daily conversations, deduced that s/he holds approximately 1% to 2% of the outstanding shares of QSNDF.
