Okay, lets cut Ed's bennies. Ed then files suit and QDRX has to pay the legal fees to defend their position. Ed's been gone now for what, 3 months. So, he's got $30K of his $120K. QDRX cuts off all future payments. Savings $90K. What do you suppose the attorneys will cost? Any attorneys out there stupid enough to invest in this company that would care to comment? My guess is its probably better to pay Ed and look forward. But it sure leaves a sour taste in the mouth. Roger
