Blame should be assigned pro-rata to the contribution to the problem.

The GOP, including Bush, Cheney, all the GOP Governors in the GoM surrounding states, and wackjobs like Palin are 99% responsible for this mess in the GoM.

So let's spend 1 post to blame Obama for the 1% he's responsible for, but let's spend the other 99 posts blaming the GOP for their culpability.
