Actually the Congressman grabs him and holds him. I've seen people get kidnapping charges for the same thing.

I would definitely press criminal charges for assault and battery... and unlawful detainment, say kidnapping... I would make his life very painful... no apology is enough... I would claim I was fearful for my life and safety and sue his liberal ass until he bleeds out his ears...
