I can't imagine Peru would possibly agree to transfer him to Aruba. 1. He killed a Peruvian girl; 2. Girl's dad is somewhat prominent in the country; 3. Peru has no interest one way or the other in the outcome of the Holloway case; 4. Aruba is recognized as having screwed up the case in a major way. Why chance it again? IMO, the kid is going to do hard time in Peru. If I was the Holloway family, I'd bide my time. He likely won't live out a year in that jail. If the inmates don't do him, a $1,000 bribe slipped to one of the guards will likely get it done.
