Bush and Cheney spent $1 trillion on oil wars in the last decade and completely adulterated the oil regulatory structure in the US, while lavishing subsidies on Big Oil?

The question is more like, what did Bush NOT do to ensure this logical outcome occurred. He and Cheney set in motion a chain of events with this obvious outcome. It's simply disingenuous for anyone to be blaming Obama without blaming the GOP in the same sentence.

Don't insult anyone's intelligence. No one is buying this bullshit that the GOP is lily white.
