I don't agree with that. It is very simple really. Most conservatives are religous. There is not one single fact or piece of logic to support religion.

And all scientists are trained to go where the facts lead them. The facts lead ot evolution. Period. who woul dargue with that?

Less, we humans have been pulling ourselves out of the tar muck of myth forever actually. It is only very recently that humans discoved "The Age of Reason" and been replacing myth with reason.

REason, less, is what gave us civilzation and democracy!
