Actually it fell apart before he left office. actually, it started falling apart in 2000 during Clinton's administration. It's well documented on this site....or any stock chart. Bush inherited Clinton's mess, Obama inherited the Bush/Clinton mess....god help he (she) who inherits Obama's mess.
