If I was Arizona I'd put a couple of Nuke Plants on the California border and sell them power. They are going to need it in Cal with the influx of people.

CA should do it as well. Actually, most of the power that CA needs will come from the PNW. PNW needs the most power during the winter; CA [and NV] during the summer. So we trade power depending on the season.
