Really? Fiscally, AZ is not in much better shape. They are having to sell some of their state bldgs. You do know that a third of the AZ economy was the construction industry and when their housing bubble collapsed so did their economy? Did you know that Jim?

Utah would happily allow dozens of nuclear plants here if we could sell the power to neighboring states. We'd keep the waste here too.
