That physicist from Perdue who said he had been estimating flow rates for 20 years and wrote a book on it said just looking at that low definition vido, weeks ago, that it was around 70,000 barrels give or take 20%.

It looks like he was right on.

Micheo Kaku said measuring it is simple. He would know.
