I put in some market-on-close shorts yesterday, small positions that I expect to be out of today, a process I have already started. I don't pay much attention to individual stocks anymore, the long ETFs I watch ( e.g. SPY ) all went down after hours. The after hours volume is never significant in itself, but the action left me with the impression that yesterday's close was an overshoot.

What do you think of the volume lately? It seems very light to me, although it just occurred to me that I should do a year-over-year comparison to take into account seasonality.
