Don't disagree.. BP certainly doesn't want to lose access to a "super-giant" gas/oil deposit. They're going to need the revenue for cleaning up the mess they've made.

But I fear we're going to see (tens of?) Millions of oil spilling on beaches around the Caribbean and into the Gulf Stream.

What that's going to do to already depressed housing prices in the area could potentially be the nail in the coffin for Florida real estate.
