Hitch, Chay's holdings are now less than 5%, and he is no longer required to report his transactions.

Check out the Volume over in Singapore Tonight

Unless they are having trouble with their site, I am currently seeing over a million shares traded?!

I do not recall it trading that much over there in a single session for this whole year - it must be a mistake.

Can anyonelse confirm?

The way CREAF's business and stock price have been going, and likely to continue going, why don't those two guys just hold on to their remaining shares and borrow against it if they need money for other uses? Rates are low and heading lower and I'm sure they'd find plenty of willing lenders. CREAF's future appreciation is sure to more than cover the interest charges.

Or better yet, if they're determined to get rid off their shares, why don't they form a dummy corporation with the stock being the assets of this company, and then let CREAF buy this company out with their cash at a nice premium, say $35US per share. Might be a way around this buyback restriction. As a CREAF shareholder, I'd be happy to see them paid off that cheap just to get their shares off the market ASAP.

Dennis
