Again, this is not an argument because the bull/bear-ratio is
in favor of the bulls for more then a year. As far as I know
you are the only bear that is holding on for more then two weeks.

And I agree that the odds that Dell will drop below 70 are very
small. You need a world-wide meltdown to reach your $60-target.
