Since the Mets are playing so well and are 1/2 game behind Atlanta, Roy Oswalt says he would now OK a deal to the Mets. LOL. I would not give up Niese for Cliff Lee (and a couple of other prospects) without signing Lee to a long term deal first.

Theriot from the Cubs is available.

Niese is young and has lots of potential.
