Yes, he said it would have been no problem to round up the oil with super-tankers and skimmers. We could have prevented 99% of the environmental damage it seems. Obama did not want to override the Jones Act and offend his union supporters.

Obama is no longer just the most incompetent President ever, but the most evil. He screwed up our environment and ruined all those people's livelihoods in the gulf for his union buddies.
