Well no, But I bet that it wouldnt stay up there for long and didnt want to chance it especially since the next day the company said it wasnt intrested in being bought out, I expected it to go back to 32-33 not to 29 or I would have bought puts, still learning the game and not good at it like some others here and it went 2 points higher after I sold it too.
Calls let you buy stock at the strike price, puts lets you sell your stock to someone else at the strike price.
