That's the only way to trade successfully.

The only guys with a clue are the banks, since they seem to be running the show.

Here's my favorite quote of the week, courtesy of Bill Dirlam:

"I'd liken investing since March 2009 to a sailing vessel in choppy seas. Not only has the ship off-loaded all it's cargo in the market declines of 2000-03 and 2008-09, but most of the passengers have disembarked as well, taking their belongings with them. As a result, a skeleton crew of hedge funds is all that is left on a ship that now rides very high in the water. The ballast, the weight, the heft, that once provided stability-- all those buy-and-hold investors and all their wealth-- are gone. The pirates have taken over the helm-- but they are a factious lot and can't agree on a port of call. Moreover, the daily rum ration-- leverage, as we say in investment finance-- flows unimpeded.

"Where else to stash one's treasure, but doubloons?"

Higher this morning, so we could have another powerful day higher, so much for these intermittent near term over bought indicators... the model is still pointing higher and that's the main thing...<g>

I knew it, a down day today, my near term isolator rarely fails, and right now it's also pointing lower for tomorrow although the main model is still long, a more long term position trade...<g>
